Lisa Kubik
Account Executive
Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University in Agricultural Business, minors in Agronomy and Animal Science. She was an agronomist for an ag retailer making recommendations on seed, crop protection, and fertilizer. Working with Winfield United, she focused on placing the right seed, on the right acre, with the right management in corn, soybeans and alfalfa. She worked with the Soil Health Partnership doing on-farm research on conservation practices such as cover crops, nutrient management and tillage, and helped educate farmers about soil health and implementing new practices. Lisa lives near Traer, IA with her family on their farm where they raise beef cattle, meat goats, corn, soybeans and hay. She likes to implement new practices such as cover crops, rotational grazing, interseeding pastures, and strip-till on their farm and share what they learn with others. Lisa enjoys meeting farmers and ranchers, learning about their family and operation, working with them to make changes and improvements that will help their bottom line, and bringing back new ideas to her family farm operation.
