Meet the Carbon Crew: Lindsey Miller

At Agoro Carbon Alliance, our people are at the heart of what we do. They’re out in the field every day, supporting farmers and ranchers as they explore and adopt regenerative agriculture practices. Today, we’d like you to meet one of them: Lindsey Miller, a Support Agronomist based in Idaho who brings deep roots, hands-on experience, and a passion for helping producers thrive.

From Family Farm to Supporting Farmers

Lindsey’s journey has truly come full circle. She grew up on her family farm in Idaho, where agriculture was part of everyday life, and today she farms alongside her own family. Along the way, she built her skills as a 4-H alum and gained experience that now fuels her role on Agoro Carbon’s Grower Success Team.

Her background gives her unique insight into both the opportunities and challenges producers face. She now helps farmers and ranchers implement practices that improve soil health, capture ag carbon, and create more resilient operations for the future.

A Passion for Soil Health

For Lindsey, supporting farmers isn’t just about crop production, it’s about building a sustainable foundation for the next generation. By guiding producers in adopting regenerative practices, she’s working to leave the land better than she found it.

Beyond the Field

When she’s not in the field, whether helping producers adopt new practices or working her own operation, you’ll likely find Lindsey chasing after her kids or enjoying Idaho’s great outdoors with her family. She’s also an avid sports fan, cheering on the Denver Broncos, the Green Bay Packers, the Montana State Bobcats (her alma mater!), and the Oregon State Beavers.
